1. The primary components of a hydraulic shock absorber include the main body, shaft, bearings, inner tube, piston, hydraulic fluid, and a spring. When an external force impacts the shaft, it drives the piston to compress the hydraulic fluid within the inner tube. As the fluid is pressurized, it is forced out through discharge ports in the inner tube, while simultaneously circulating back into the inner tube via return ports. Once the external force is removed, the spring pushes the piston back to its starting position, ready for the next cycle. Based on this principle, the hydraulic shock absorber can bring moving objects to a stop in a balanced and effective manner.
2. Eliminates vibrations and damage caused by impacts or collisions during mechanical operation.
3. Significantly reduces noise, creating a quieter working environment.
4. Increases the frequency of mechanical operations, thereby boosting production capacity.
5. Enables high-efficiency production of high-quality products.
6. Extends the service life of machinery and reduces the need for after-sales support.
